I was looking for information on how to access the document library template i had created so that i could modify it or delete it but i was unable to find information on google.
Turns out its stored in what is known as the List Template Gallery.
It can be accessed at this url:
http://yoursite/_catalogs/lt/Forms/AllItems.aspx
